http://www.intervoip.com is the cheapest provider to call India at 1.5 cents/minute and offers very low international rates too. Intervoip is a betamax provider.

intervoip Intervoip doesn’t provide free calls to any destination like other betamax, however their rates are very competitive. Read Free calls to India, USA, Russia, Malaysia

Access numbers are only available in about 9 countries which doesn’t include USA and Canada. However Intervoip offers PC to Phone, Phone to Phone. Most importantly they have full support for SIP. You can either use Mobile VOIP, SIP Phone, VOIP ATA or IP phone. For the Phone to Phone option there is a connection fee of 5 cents.

Here are the Sip settings to configure your sip hardware ( PAP2 or SPA-3000 or 3102) or X-Lite, Express Talk soft phone.

InterVOIP SIP Settings:

SIP port : 5060
Proxy server : sip.intervoip.com
Registrar : sip.intervoip.com
Outbound proxy server : leave empty
Account name : your InterVoip username
Password : your InterVoip password
Display name/number : your InterVoip username or voipnumber
Stunserver (option) : stun.intervoip.com

How to use Intervoip on Mobile Phone

This is a mobile SIP application which can connect to any SIP server, SKYPE, Google talk, yahoo messenger and msn messenger.

You can configure the above settings here and use it.

    If site is blocked in your Country, use JAP software & configure it in your internet explorer or Firefox & you can open all sites. (to download just search JAP in google.com, you will find the link). I am using this in Saudi Arabia & it is working fine,

    If you need to down load intervoip. go for the following steps

    1) download ultrasurf from http://www.ultrasurf.com & connect to server
    2) then go to explorer for download the intervoip software from http://www.intervoip.com/en/ and enjoy to call GREAT INDIA with minimum money. Please note you have to get only from resellers in uae.
