websense is blocking webbuzz, meebo uziz.net . Really need to access the gtalk and yahoo.

Pls help me to make a voice chat.. The firewall is blocking when it connected to the voice chat server. Then there is any possibilty of connecting the meebo r ebuddy in the restricted time… Pls give me some suggestions to come out from this Firewall.
