Australia.edu – free .edu email account
Australia’s education site ( Australia.edu ) is offering free .edu emails service powered by Google Apps. This site does not belong to any educational institution, this provides resources, articles, research, domestic and international student course listings.
A .edu email has a lot of benefits. You can signup for many offers only available to students like Microsoft Ultimate Steal ( Office Ultimate 2007 ) for just $60.
Note : You need a valid email to authenticate it. This takes little long to work. Mine was working 1 hour after applying.

In addition to http://www.Australia.edu, I would like to add that the following sites also offer similar free .edu email accounts: http://www.England.edu and http://www.Newzealand.edu
