If you use a sip.poivy.com (is expensive ) it charge you the normal rate for all betamax clone example:

I call from sip with my calleasy user and sip.poivy.com proxy to (my native contry) and the web charge me $0.08 cent then i call from the web with the pin and the web charge me $0.005
