Use WiFi Web Surfing on iPhone 2g/3g in Airplane Mode

iPhone Wifi in Airplane Mode The iPhone’s Airplane mode disables all it’s radio features including cell service, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Apple’s recommends using it as iPod in Airplane mode, but you can also use the WiFi to surf web, make VoIP calls using Skype, SipPhone, watch YouTube. Just use this tip to enable the WiFi surfing in Airplane Mode.

After you turn on the Airplane mode from Settings, Go to Wi-Fi settings, turn Wi-Fi back on and Don’t touch the Airplane Mode button, you’ll now be able to use full WiFi.
