Microsoft has working on pretty good products – Windows 7 OS, Zune HD and upcoming

  • Microsoft Courier is the codename for the rumored upcoming Booklet PC.
  • Project Natal is the code name for a "controller-free gaming and entertainment experience" for the Xbox 360 video game platform. Planned for release by holiday 2010.
  • Windows Phone 7 Series, originally codenamed "Photon", is an upcoming version of the Windows Phone operating system. Planned for release by holiday 2010.

Vanish is a new open source research prototype, released by the University of Washington that lets you control over the lifetime of personal data stored on the web or in the cloud. That means, you can set the web emails, facebook posts or anything to auto delete after certain period of time.

.CM extension is the country code top-level domain for Cameroon and will be available for public registration on Saturday, August 1st, 2009 on a first come, first served basis. What makes .com special is that, it is just one letter and keystroke away from a few of the most highly recognizable domains – Google.com Google.cm ; facebook.com facebook.cm . Registering a .cm domain for well known .com could fetch a lot of traffic from typos and earn lots in advertising.

Google Chrome OS – It’s Official

Google Chrome OS The Official Google Blog has gone official with an OS release. Google Chrome OS is a light weight PC operating system that will be open source and targeted at netbooks initially and full sized desktops soon. It will be available to general public in second half of 2010. Get ready for the Beta or special invite to test it anytime soon.

Google Chrome OS is built to run on both x86 architecture chips and ARM chips ( netbooks ). Google has laid the groundwork already with the Google Apps Suite ( Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Spreadsheet, Reader etc ) with offline mode with Gears. Stay tuned.
